MAINE COONS:

They are one of the largest and oldest domesticated cat breeds. They are fully grown at 5 years old. Maine coons are known for their unique, rugged look with a long, bushy tail, feathered ears, and a thick coat of hair that comes in many different colors and patterns. The average male weighs between 15-25 pounds, but females are usually 10% less than males. Maine Coons are known as the “gentle giants” and are usually compared to dogs because of their behavior and loyalty.

Maine coons are intelligent and playful, with a strong attachment with games and toys. They have a great reputation for being good with children and other pets. Maine coons have many different ranges of chirps they use to express themselves. Our King Odin is often caught repeating “hello” by mimicking the sound.
